I retained JD Homes to build my new home and have never regretted my choice of builder. From the start of the design process through construction and follow-up, JDH demonstrated professionalism, expertise, excellent customer service and attention to detail. Jack was an excellent project manager which ensured a successful project. He clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline. Ultimately the project was completed on time and the quality of work was superb. There were additional scope requests that impacted on the final budget but they were transparent, well understood and agree upon prior to proceeding. Meetings during construction were always very organized and efficient, JDH selects and partners well with any subcontractors needed to ensure that the same level of professionalism and quality as well as work ethic is provided regardless of who is completing the work. When questions or issues arose, Jack went above and beyond to ensure each was addressed. Not only was I extremely pleased with the result of my home but I am grateful to have found a reputable, respected and trustworthy company. Post construction, Jack exhibits the same professionalism and timeliness to follow up to see if I am satisfied or have any issues to resolve. We have been living in our new home for almost a year now and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Our “little” house project could have been a very daunting, difficult and overwhelming task when we first started with an empty slate and a few ideas of what we wanted our home to be. Barbara and I wish to thank you for the wonderful job you did renovating our “castle”. The house has been in our family for over fifty years and I have lived through multiple other projects on the house. Your job was the first one that I actually enjoyed working through. The challenges of working on a house from the 1880s were handled far better by you and your subcontractors than any of the previous builders. I appreciate how you worked with our architect to come up with innovative solutions when the inevitable unexpected problem arose.
